However, we do offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
Please note that any handbags that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for exchange.
2. Exchange Process:
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info.w78st@gmail.com within the specified exchange period.
Our customer service representatives will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item along with all original packaging and any accompanying accessories, and W 78 ST will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
Ship the item back to us using the W 78 ST pre-paid label.
Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
If the item is deemed eligible for exchange, we will process your exchange request and ship out the replacement item as soon as possible.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for exchange, including personalized or customized handbags.
Additionally, any items purchased during promotional or clearance sales may not be eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
